30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Digital products or downloadable content once accessed or delivered
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must go through the return process.
